The previously underutilised brownfield site is being redeveloped to accommodate the 168no bed student castle accommodation, awarded by new client Vinci Construction. The works include the renovation of an existing unit within the development along with the substructure and superstructure works for the new build element. The accommodation includes common areas and facilities, plant rooms, staff and management areas, landscaping and car parking.
